1. Yes. Please carry your valid original Indian Driver’s License, eligible for 2-wheelers, at the time of delivery

No, we don’t provide Helmet with rental scooters

Yes. The speed limit for all scooters is 60Km/hr. Rs.200 will be charged for every violation of the speed limit

Yes. The rider has to be at least 18 years of age to ride the bikes.

One of our executive will reach at your specified location at the specific date & time to deliver your Long term rental scooter

1. Fuel is not included in the tariff. You have to fill the fuel in the fuel tank on their own expenses
2. The scooter will be delivered to you with 1 litre of fuel, and it is expected that you return the scooter at the same fuel level.

1. For a full refund, cancellation must be done by 6 PM of the day before the delivery.
2. No refund if the cancellation happens after 6 PM of the day before the delivery.
3. No refund after the scooter has been handed over to you

How can I cancel the Long-term rental booking?

Please login to the Bounce mobile app and locate 'Long Term Rental' in the side menu, to reach us for immediate assistance. 

1. There is no limit on kilometers that you can ride per day.
2. Your package detail specifies how many kilometres are free with the package. Any usage over and above the same is charged at Rs. 1.75/km

The refund will take upto 7 working days after getting an approval for refund and receiving your bank details

Yes. You can pay the amount using Bounce Cash

You will need to fix the puncture or have the tube replaced, if needed, and there will be no refund on such repairs as they do not fall under the category of a maintenance issue

No. You have to ride the bike within city limits serviceable by Bounce only

1. You will be liable for any damages to the scooter while the scooter is in your possession
2. If the estimated cost of repair is < Rs. 5000, you’ll be required to pay the same directly
3. In cases where the cost of repair is >Rs. 5000, the vehicle will be sent for an insurance claim and you’ll be required         to pay a deposit of Rs. 10000, which is to be settled with the final invoice amount

How can I get Vehicle replacement if any issue exists?

You are eligible for vehicle replacement in case there is a major defect with the scooter, not attributable to your usage

What happens if the bike goes missing?
