Terms & Conditions


1. Rates: 

  • Your package specifies a fixed duration and free included KMs, additional time and KMs over and above that would be charged as per the following:

    i. Rs. 6/per extra hour + GST

    ii. Rs. 1.75/per extra KM + GST

2. Cancellations: 

  • Full refund if you cancel before the vehicle is handed over to you

  • No refund after the scooter has been handed over to you

  • User has to call customer care to cancel the Monthly rental booking

3. Stopping the Monthly rental booking before the specified duration: 

  • No refund

4. Repair & Damages Policy:

  • You will be liable for any damages to the scooter while the scooter is in your possession

  • If the estimated cost of repair is < Rs. 5000, you’ll be required to pay the same directly

  • In cases where the cost of repair is > Rs. 5000, the vehicle will be sent for an insurance claim and you’ll be required to pay a deposit of Rs. 10000, which is to be settled with the final invoice amount.

5. Vehicle replacement Policy:

  • You are eligible for vehicle replacement in case there is a major defect with the scooter, not attributable to your usage, except flat tyre, low air, less fuel.

  • You are required to call customer care with details of your issue, post which we will inspect your vehicle and issue a replacement as necessary

6. Refunds & Reimbursement Policy:

  • Full refund if you cancel before the vehicle is handed over to you

  • No refund after the scooter has been handed over to you

  • No refund for fuel if you have returned the vehicle with more fuel than the fuel while delivery.

7. Vehicle handover policy while pickup & return:

  • A call will be made 24-48 hours prior to the end date to know the location of pickup

8. Booking Modification policy:

  • Please call CC at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time in case you want to get the same changed.

9. Vehicle Breakdown Policy:

  • Reach out to the Customer care number to avail assistance.
