General Service Basic Package includes : 

  • Engine oil level & quality check

  • Brake shoe inspection

  • Engine oil top-up (if needed) 50-100mL

  • Air pressure check and refill

  • Acceleration checkup and adjustment

  • Battery voltage check

  • Brakes checkup and adjustment. Brake fluid level check and top up if needed

  • Basic electrical functioning check (indicator, horn, headlight, self-start)

  • Air filter cleaning/ dusting

  • Body vibrations checkup during the test ride

  • Carburetor checkup/ idling adjustment

  • Emission (external checks - smoke and sound)

  • Spark Plug cleaning/ replacement (spares chargeable extra)

  • Fork Play check, suspension noise check

  • Clutch adjustment

  • Wheel wobbling/ handle alignment check

  • Fuel line inspection (leaks, cracks, clamping, etc)

  • Cleaning (dry mopping) + Sanitize seat/ handle

General Service Advanced Package includes :

We use the most popular and authorized branded parts, for example, Bosch spark plug or equivalent and Shell/Motul engine oil or equivalent during our services. 

As a part of the General Service, our technician will diagnose your vehicle upon arrival and advise you on any additional repairs that your vehicle may need. If the same is covered under the add-ons you may choose to get it done by the technician (subject to availability of the parts). However, if it is not included in the add-ons, there is a high chance that the technician will not be carrying the necessary parts/materials. In that case, the technician may be able to purchase the spare parts locally if you’re comfortable with it, provided that the work can be completed within the allotted time slot (as the technician may have other appointments scheduled).

 

Otherwise, you may book a fresh slot and have one of our technicians revisit along with the spare part(s) and repair the issue. If the repair cannot be completed at your doorstep due to complexity - our technician may recommend you send the vehicle to a service station of your choice or you can send it to one of our network service stations against a nominal convenience fee for a pickup and drop service. We have limited availability of network service stations for the launch days, but are coming up soon with more workshops close to your home to make this experience seamless for you.

Our technician would need around 25-30sqft space either within your home premises or on the roadside (provided it can be comfortably done). However, if you cannot arrange for that, you can choose to send the vehicle to one of our network service stations against a nominal convenience fee for pick up and drop services. Please pre-book this facility when the service manager calls you for booking confirmation. We have limited availability of network service stations for the launch days but are coming up soon with more workshops close to your home to make this experience seamless for you.

24 hours before the start time of your slot: No charges

Within 24 hours: A convenience fee of INR 100/- will be charged 

If the technician has already started or is on the way to your home: A convenience fee of INR 300/- will be charged 

If the technician has reached your home and started diagnosing your vehicle and you wish to cancel for any reason: The entire charges for the General Service package will be applicable

 

We charge the convenience fee largely to account for the loss in earnings of the technician as it might not be possible to reschedule another appointment for him under such a short notice.

The technician will be visiting you during the time slot allocated. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, the technician gets delayed or is unable to come, you may choose to get the service done once he reaches or you may book a different slot as per your convenience. In such a case, our service manager will help you with the same. 

 

In case the technician is unable to come for any reason, you can choose to cancel the booking altogether, and we will refund any prepaid amount.

We will be sending you a payment link prior to the service, as per the quotation generated.

Our technician will be carrying a Job Card / Service checklist that he will fill out in duplicate and get countersigned by you. Any add-on services done or spare parts used will be indicated in the same. For any additional repair done but not included in the package - our service manager will help you with the pricing. Upon your approval, the technician will complete the additional service. Any rates indicated on the job cards otherwise do not include taxes unless explicitly mentioned. Our service manager will email you the final invoice based on the Job Card and any remarks or additional service advice that is executed.
